Your One Stop To Enter All Activities
This form is to be used to enter the upcoming activities for your resort. Your Activity Guide will be created by the TRA Marketing Department and sent to you to distribute to members on property. The TRA Marketing Department will publish this guide on social media and on your resort website.
Be creative with the titles/names you choose for your activities and you must include a description of the activity for each one that you enter.
Remember that individuals who may not be familiar with your resort or past activities will be using this as a reference tool.
Enter all of the activities for a single day (e.g. Friday) and then click submit at the bottom of the page. You will then enter in your information for the following day (e.g. Saturday) on a new form. If you should have a single event that spans two days or more, simply include that information in the description and the Corporate Marketing Department will ensure this is communicated appropriately on the collateral that is produced for you.
If you should have more activities scheduled than the number of fields available, please submit as many as will fit on the first form and then begin a new form with the same date for any additional activities needing to be included in the guide.
